CHS South, Monday 6-7pm, Code Hamsters, Group A

Code Hamsters is a hands-on coding academy for Year 5 and Year 6 children who love technology, building things and solving puzzles.

Children learn to code in Python using Raspberry Pi computers and robot kits. Instead of sitting through lectures, they learn by doing: writing code, wiring up hardware, experimenting and seeing their creations come to life. Along the way they build problem-solving skills, confidence and a real understanding of how technology works.

What's included
All equipment is provided, including laptops, Raspberry Pis and robot kits, so there's nothing to buy or bring. Sessions are small, with a maximum of 12 children per tutor, so every child gets proper support and attention.

Safe and supervised
Our tutors are DBS checked and safeguarding trained, and we follow a full Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy with a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Pricing
Your child's first session is free, so they can try it out with no commitment. After that, membership is £80 per month, covering 4 weekly sessions, paid monthly in advance. If we ever have to cancel a session, we'll provide a replacement. Please note that sessions missed due to non-attendance can not be refunded or replaced. Please see our full refund policy here https://codehamsters.com/refund_policy
